Dr. Faheem is currently working in the area of natural product and medicinal chemistry towards drug development programme. Dr Faheem has major research interests in the synthesis of c-glycosides, nucleosides medicinally important lead molecules of therapeutic importance. During his doctoral programme at CSIR-Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine Jammu, he has exclusively worked on the synthesis of synthesis of biologically important glycosides from sugar Enol-Ethers.
